The camera setting with the remote controller (Option, separate accessories) C. The camera setting with the communication (Option, separate accessories) Two different type of the remote controller can use for the board type cameras (STC-HD**DV-B) 3.1.

The all DSP settings and some uCOM settings (0x000 to 0x1FF) can copy to another camera. The pixel blemish correction data and the individual adjustment setting cannot copy to another camera.

Select “Write EEPROM” button to load the camera settings from the file. The below message is appeared when the camera settings load are finished. Then select “OK” button.

Button descriptions 1) Read All The all current DSP settings and uCOM settings read out from the camera. 2) DSP->EEPROM The DSP settings for the current DSP preset save to the EEPROM. The overwrite settings are displayed in the list. Please check then save the settings. 3) EEPROM->DSP The DSP settings for the current DSP preset load from the EEPROM.

DSP: Shutter/Gain The shutter and gain settings are changeable in this window. 1) ALC The ALC (Auto light control) mode is selectable from OFF and ON. a) OFF (Fixed exposure / Fixed gain) The exposure time is adjustable by the exposure time setting.

This control method is valid when “ON” selecting at ALC only. a) Fixed exposure The exposure time is adjustable by the exposure time setting. b) AEE The exposure time adjusts automatically to meet the ALC target level.
  • Page 29 No.16S058-01 12) AGC threshold When the difference between the current brightness and the ALC target level becomes greater than “AGC threshold + AGC tolerance”, the auto gain control starts. 13) AGC speed Please set the maximum amount of the gain change for the AGC gain control. When sets “0”, there is no limit.

The chroma settings are changeable for each DSP preset. 1) Color saturation The color saturation is adjustable by B-Y gain and R-Y gain. 2) Color hue The color hue is adjustable by B-Y hue and R-Y hue. 3) High luminance chroma suppress Sometimes the false color is appeared in the high brightness part of the image.

The aperture (edge enhancement) settings are changeable for each DSP preset. 1) Front aperture The aperture (edge enhancement) process is done for each Red, Green and Blue of the RGB image before Bayer conversion.
