1 Year Warranty

we offer a free 1 year warranty for all our products.
How to submit a warranty claim
You can submit a warranty claim by going to support.iluv.com. On the website
you will need to fillout the following: product's date of purchase, order id,
model number, and a brief description of the problem. Once the claim is
submitted, our customer service representatives will contact you with
instructions for product return and replacement.
Please note: This warranty does not apply to products purchased internationally
through an United States commerce platform such as Amazon.com or iLuv.com
The warranty covers any defect that is attributable to a manufacturing, assembly, or material fault.
