1. If a module won't go on or off manually from the rocker keys:
C heck th a t you have power to the outlet controlling the m odule a nd the switch
on the light or a p p lia n c e is ON.
C heck th a t the red light on the Interface goes on when you press a rocker key.
C heck that the unit c o d e a n d housecode on the m odule are set correctly. The
housecode on the Interface will be "A" unless you c h a n g e d it when you set up
the program .
Try p lu g g in g the m odule a n d the Interface into the same outlet. If it doesn't work
in ANY outlet, not even with the m odule a n d the Interface in the same duplex
rece pta cle (top a n d bottom) re p la ce the module. If it works in some outlets but
not in others, c o n ta ct the factory for help.
