IMPORTANT PRESSURE WASHER SAFETY INFORMATION
20. Do not operate this machine when fatigued or under
the influence of alcohol, prescription medications,
or drugs.
21. Before disconnecting discharge hose from water
outlet, turn burner off and open spray gun to allow
water to cool below 100° before stopping the ma-
chine. Then open the spray gun to relieve pressure.
Failure to properly cool down or maintain the heat-
ing coil may result in a steam explosion.
Follow the maintenance instructions
specified in the manual.
If you believe that your trailer has a defect which could cause
a crash or could cause injury or death, you should immedi-
ately inform the National Highway Traffic Safety Administra-
tion (NHTSA) in addition to notifying Landa.
If NHTSA receives similar complaints, it may open an inves-
tigation, and if it finds that a safety defect exists in a group of
trailers, it may order a recall and remedy campaign. However,
NHTSA cannot become involved in individual problems be-
tween you, your dealer or Landa.
