Managing your Wi-Fi network from your mobile device

Download the Cogeco Wi-Fi app on your mobile device, log in using your My Account credentials, and follow the
instructions within the app to activate and manage your Wi-Fi network.

Connect the coaxial cable provided from the wall outlet to the cable
connector at the rear of the modem. Firmly hand-tighten the cables to
avoid damaging the connectors.

Connect the power cord to the modem and to an active electrical outlet.
This will start the synchronization process. It can take up to 20 minutes
for the modem to come online. Once the process is complete, the DS (

) lights will turn green.

If you do not see the correct indicator light pattern after 20 minutes, try

moving your modem to another coaxial outlet in your home and repeat
the above process.
Important:
If you will be using Cogeco Wi-Fi Pods, they will also be managed through the
app. For more details, please visit our FAQs at cogeco.ca/wifiapp.
If you are not able to download the app with your mobile data, you can connect
your device to the modem temporarily using the Wi-Fi credentials on the
sticker on the back of your modem.
