Fuel tank empty or full of
impure or low quality gasoline

PROBABLE SOLUTION
Add fuel to tank
Gasoline engine; set chock( if
equipped) to OPEN/RUN
position and continue to pull
starter handle.
Fill engine oil to proper level.
Fill fuel tank with fresh 90+
gasoline.
Do not exceed equipment's
load rating.
