Basics Back cover Removing the back cover Remove the back cover to access the battery compartment and SIM card slot. With the phone turned off, hold your phone securely with the front facing down. Slide the back of the phone to the right. With your thumb or finger, lift up the back cover from the small notch at the side of the phone. -
