Using your electric carving knife Warning: Do not plug into the mains supply before the blades are inserted. Do not use with wet hands. Inserting the blades 1. When holding the blades, make sure that the palm of your hand is on the dull side of the blades and your fingers are away from the sharp edges.

Care and use Removing the blades 1. Unplug the the carving knife. 2. By pressing the eject button (3), the blades will automatically be released from the housing unit. WARNING: MAKE SURE THE APPLIANCE IS NOT CONNECTED TO THE MAINS SUPPLY BEFORE REMOVING OR REPLACING THE BLADES.
