Locking
Using the Remote key
1 Close the door, bonnet and tailgate.
2 Press the lock button once, the turn signal lights
flash three times to indicate that the vehicle is locked
in security and the lock status indicator (in the
instrument pack) starts to flash.
Using a Key
1 Insert the key into the driver side door lock and turn
it clockwise to lock all doors.
2 The turn signal lights flash three times to indicate that
the vehicle is locked in security and the lock status
indicator (in the instrument pack) starts to flash.

Starting and Driving
Mislock
If pressing the lock button on the remote key or using the
mechanical key to lock the door when the driver's door
has not been fully closed, the door will not lock, and the
vehicle horn will sound once, indicating a mislock.
If pressing the lock button on the remote key or using
mechanical key to lock the door when the driver's door has
been closed but the passenger's door, bonnet or tailgate
has not been fully closed, then all the fully closed doors
lock, the opened door or tailgate will not lock , the vehicle
horn will sound once, indicating a mislock and the lock
status indicator will not be illuminated.
Once the opened door or tailgate is closed, the system
will lock automatically and the lock status indicator starts
to flash.
