Next, use the Allen wrench to attach the three

shelves to the left side panel.
Stand the unit upright, and then lock the locking

casters in place. Finally, place the baskets into
the cart as shown. Your cart is ready to use!
Use the caster wrench to attach the casters

as shown. The locking casters should be
placed at opposite corners of the unit.
The cart comes with a durable cover that resists

sunlight, weather and scratching. Slide the cover
over the cart and fasten the hook & loop tab to
secure it in place.
To lock the cover to the cart:
Select a padlock with a U-bar that fits through
the grommets on the cover. Slide the U-bar
through one of the grommets and part of the
cart. Close the padlock to lock the cover in
place.
To lock the cover and cart to a fixed object:
1. Select a bike lock or cable lock that fits
through the grommets on the cover. (Or, use
a padlock with a chain or cable.)
2. Pass the free end of the cable or lock through
part of the cart. Then, pass it through or
around a fence or other fixed object.
3. Finally, pass the free end through a grommet
on the cover. Close the lock to secure the
cover and the cart.
To clean the cover:
Hand-wash in cold water using mild soap.
Line dry.
