Battery fuel gauge operation

IMPORTANT: The battery Fuel Gauge must be
operated AT LEAST 2 minutes after the load
has been switched off. The battery will recover
slightly and ONLY then will the Fuel Gauge
give an accurate battery state indication.
After 2 minutes of no load - press and hold the
fuel gauge push button to observe the battery
charge status.

Warranty

Your new battery has a 12 month warranty
(from the date of purchase) against premature
failure due to defects in materials and/
or workmanship, subject to the following
conditions:
• The warranty does not cover failure due
to use outside of the specification and
parameters outlined in the previous sections
• The warranty does not cover failure due to
damage caused by abuse*
• The warranty does not cover failure from
excessive wear and tear even within the
warranty period
• A till or computer-generated proof of
purchase must accompany your claim
• The warranty is limited to the original owner
and is not transferable
Should any original defect appear, please
log your warranty claim with your retailer or
at tracerpower.com

Light Indicator Battery Charge Status
3 green and 2 red Battery fully charged
2 green and 2 red Over 50% capacity
1 green and 2 red Over 20% capacity
2 red Less than 20% capacity
1 red Less than 10% capacity
1 red flashing USB mode Active
No lights Battery empty
The warranty is void if:
•The serial number is removed from the product
•The battery or connection system has been
modified in any way
•The battery has been left in a discharged state.
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser
and is in addition to your statutory rights.
*Charge your battery directly after each use.
Leaving your battery in a discharged state
will seriously and permanently damage its
performance. Please note we cannot uphold
warranty claims in these circumstances.
