ASSEMBLY Eye shield (HBG-6E) 1. Fix tool rests with screws, nuts and washers supplied. Keep tool rests vertical to grinding wheels. Tool rests are adjustable to maintain the correct distance from grinding wheels 1.6mm. Spark Breaker 2. Assemble eyeshields and spark breakers by using bolts, washers and knurled nuts supplied loose.
2. Tool Rests Adjustment (HBG-6E) The appropriate adjustment of tool rests provides the correct working angle to do efficient grinding. This adjustment can be done by regulating its related screw. Due to normal wear of the grinding wheel, it is necessary to adjust the tool rests from time to time.
