Step 1: Remove protective wrapping and lay all parts on floor. Indentify all parts packed in Carton

against attached parts list to make sure all parts are presented.

Step 2:Take out the armrest (C, D) seat plate (B) and back plate (A), turn them upside down and

align the holes, as shown in the figure, use washers (E), screws (F), and PE caps (G).

Step 3: After turning the product direction as shown in the figure, use washer (E) ,screws(F),and

PE cap (G).

NOTE: IT IS USER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE ALL PARTS ARE ASSEMBLED AND

TIGHTENED PROPERLY AND SECURELY.
