    Assembly Instructions Bottom Frame Assembly Step 1. Connect one S frame to one L frame with an aluminum frame corner bracket and (2) x I bolts to make one half of the bottom frame. Step 2. Connect another S frame to another L frame with an aluminum frame corner bracket and (2) x I bolts to make the other half of the bottom frame.

    Side Perspex Assembly Step 7. Attach 4 M frames on each corner of the bottom frame by securing them to the aluminum frame corner brackets with (4) x I bolts. Tool Required: 4 mm Allen key Step 8. Place (1) x B washer over (1) x H bolt and insert them into the bottom of an aluminum frame joiner.

Slide another M frame onto the side of Perspex Perspex C and connect it to the bottom frame by dropping an upper pre-assembly insertion short nut into the M frame’s groove and securing it with another B washer and H bolt...

    Top Frame Assembly Step 20. Connect one S frame to one L frame with an aluminum frame corner bracket and (2) x I bolts. Step 21. Connect the other S frame to the other L frame with an aluminum frame corner bracket and (2) x I bolts.

    Top Frame-Bottom Frame Assembly Step 26. Insert one pre-assembly insertion short nut into each M frame with a bottom aluminum frame joiner on both sides (four nuts total). Step 27. Place (1) x B washer over (1) x H bolt and insert them into the top of an aluminum frame joiner.
  • Page 15 Top Frame-Bottom Frame Assembly Step 31. Insert the remaining Perspex E into the bottom frame. Perspex E Note: Perspex E is the back of the Perspex case. Insert it into the bottom frame’s S frame WITHOUT the two pre-assembly insertion short nuts that are for the front door magnetic switch.

    Electrical Box Assembly Step 34. Detach the electrical box’s cover by loosening its four screws. Tool Required: Crosshead screwdriver Step 35. Drop (4) x F bolts into each corner hole of the electrical box, threaded sides down. Step 36. Insert a 3 mm Allen key into a corner hole until it engages with the F bolt.

    Front Door Assembly Step 39. Attach the front door handle to Perspex A with (2) x J bolts. Tool Required: 5 mm Allen key Step 40. Attach the front door latch to Perspex Front Door Latch Frame A with (2) x C bolts. Perspex Step 41.

    Front Door-Sensor Assembly Step 47. Secure the magnet on the inside of Perspex A with (2) x C bolts. Tool Required: Crosshead screwdriver Step 48. Attach the hinges on Perspex A to the front door hinge frame using (4) x D bolts. Front Door Latch Step 49.

    Step 52. Carefully lift the assembled Perspex case and place it over the TDP 5 ® or TDP 6s ® Note: Ensure to align the Perspex hopper so that it can be inserted into the TDP 5 or TDP ® ® hopper.
