Quick guide Sample Analysis
1. Sample Preparation
Sample type: Heparinized whole blood
Sample volume: 80 μL
2. Caution
Treat the used cartridge with blood, blood samples and
blood sample tools as a biohazard risk.
Make sure no air bubbles are present in the collected
sample. Do not use a sample suspicious of blood clot,
hemolysis or contaminated with a foreign substance.
3. Sample Introduction
1) Check if the analyzer's status is ready on the screen.
2) The next screen will appear when the sampler cover is lifted.
3) Insert the end of the sampler probe into the sample container.
For a capillary sample, lift the sampler cover all the way up.
Carefully insert the capillary into the septum as shown in the
picture on the bottom right
4) Once the sampler probe is inserted to the sample properly
(For a capillary sample, once the capillary sample is inserted
to the septum), press Aspirate button.
5) When sample aspiration is complete, the message "Remove
sample now" will appear. Then, please remove the sample
container from the sampler probe.
6) When the message "Close sampler cover" appears, close the
sampler cover to the original position and wait for the sample
result.

4. Sample Information Input
Waiting for the sample result, input the sample information by
using the barcode scanner or screen keyboard. (Select Species
Type) Once all information is complete, press Save button.

5. Result
When the sample analysis is complete, the result of analysis is
shown up as below.

Please follow menu operations below to retrieve saved data.
Menu → Last Sample Results
Menu → Sample → Last Sample Results
Menu → Sample → Sample Results List
7. QC Sample Analysis
When the QC Lot is set up under QC Setup menu, proceed with
QC sampling as below.
1) Press Menu → Run QC button, then QC sampling screen
appears.
2) In the same way as a blood sample analysis, lift the sampler
cover, introduce QC sample, press Aspirate button, remove QC
sample and close the sampler cover to the original position.
3) On QC information screen, select the matching QC Lot item
with the QC sampling and press OK button.
4) When QC result screen appears, press either the Accept or
Discard button, depending on the QC results.
8. QC Sample Result View
