Guide the beam tabs into the bracket holes,there should be no gap between the beam and legs. Using a rubber mallet, hammer the beam to lock in place. 2 | BOLT DOWN BEAM-TO-LEG LOCK PLATE Note: The beam lock plates will not fit if there is a gap between the beam and the leg.
- Page 6 3 | MEASURE AND ADJUST BEAM WIDTH Measure from end leg to end leg until you find the approximate width of the work surface. Insert the screws through the overlapping beam slots and into the black plastic piece. Slightly tighten the screw, DO NOT fully tighten.
- Page 7 5 | SECURE HARDWARE AND ASSEMBLE RETURN Using 2 wood screws, secure the flat plates to the edge of the main surface with half of the plate extended over the edge of the surface. Using 4 wood screws, secure the support bar to the underside of the surface centered between the flat plates.

- Page 9 1 | JOIN THIRD END LEGS WITH BEAM Guide the beam tabs into the bracket holes, there should be no gap between the beam and legs. Using a rubber mallet, hammer the beam to lock in place. 2 | ATTACH BB3 BEAM TO CONNECTOR BRACKET Slide connector bracket over the side of the Grove beam of the fully assembled workstation.
- Page 10 3 | MEASURE WIDTH AND LOCK INTO POSITION Measure from end leg to end leg until you fine the approximate width of the worksurface. To find the optimal placement for locking, insert the screw through the overlapping beam slots and into the black plastic piece.
- Page 11 5 | SECURE SECOND SURFACE Position the surface on the desk frame. Align the outer sides of the surface flush and parallel with the outer sides of the end legs. Adjust beam positions if sides are not flush. Fasten the surface to the desk frame with wood screws through the leg brackets into the underside of the surface.

- Page 13 1 | PLACE STORAGE PIECE AND DESK IN POSITION 2 | SECURE FLAT BRACKETS Secure the flat plates to the underside of the main surface using 2 woodscrews, half of the bracket should extent over the edge. Align the return surface and secure the flat plates using wood screws.
- Page 14 3 | SECURE ANTI-SAG BARS AND FINAL SCREWS Secure the support bar to the edge of the main surface. Insert wood screws through the support bar and into the underside of the surface. Tighten the screw on the main profile beam.

Thread the nut onto the exposed threaded rod and tighten.
- Page 29 5 | MARK PLACEMENT OF COUNTER Align counter to center of surface and mark approximate area for mounts using 3 strips of tape. Use a measuring tape to mark 5" from the surface edge on each piece of tape.
- Page 30 6 | PLACE STAND ON TAPE MARKS AND ALIGN Align the front edges of the stand bases with the marks on the tape. Insert 1 wood screw through the center stand and remove tape. Reposition the two outer stands to their aligned marks (if needed).
