Getting to Know Your AVANT REMsp Intended Use Statement: The Avant series of REM (Real Ear Measurement) devices measure sound levels directly in patient’s ears. They are used in the measurement and fitting of hearing aids for adults and children. These measurements can be done with or without the hearing instrument being worn. -
