Destination shipments, Forma Scientific's , and the carrier's responsibility, ends when your Receiving Department personnel sign a free and clear delivery receipt. SECTION 2 - INTRODUCTION 2.1 CryoPlus Series - General Description The Cryoplus series of liquid Nitrogen storage system combines the well insulated storage tank with a microprocessor based controller. The exterior is constructed of fiberglass with a stainless steel interior. The unit features counterbalanced, lockable lids and heavy-duty casters.

Note: A 6' long hose, with swivel, is available as an option; however the use of a transfer hose longer than six feet is not recommended, and may degrade system performance. Contact Forma Scientific Service Dept. if extended transfer hose length is required.
Forma Scientific, Inc. Connect the transfer hose (packed in the Cryoplus unit) between a low pressure liquid Nitrogen supply tank (22 PSIG) and the storage container. Connect the transfer hose to the liquid outlet of the supply tank. Note: The liquid inlet fitting is located at the hinged side of the container.
Forma Scientific, Inc. Upon power-up the controller operates automatically, using the factory settings listed below. (These settings are typical vapor phase settings.) The Lower Scale (vapor) on the right side of the bar graph, numbered 2 through 7 will be used.

Forma Scientific, Inc. SECTION 4 - OPERATION 4.1 Programming the Controller To program the controller: Turn the key switch to the FULL ACCESS position. Note: Full Access is a timed position. If a key pad is not depressed within four minutes, access is denied and controller functions are locked out.

Forma Scientific, Inc. High Temperature Alarm Adjust: Depress the high temperature alarm touch switch. Three decimal points in the digital display will flash On and Off. Depress the Up Arrow to raise temperature setpoint or the Down Arrow to lower the temperature setpoint in digital display.
