INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING
YOUR SWIM SERIES™ FITNESS KIT
Strength & Stretch Fitness Kit:
1 - EXPANDABLE ROW BAR
1 - LARGE FITNESS BAND
4 - MEDIUM FITNESS BANDS
2 - SHORT FITNESS BANDS
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING
YOUR SWIM SERIES™ ROW BAR
Step 1:
Loop the Large Fitness band (F) through the mounting
ring at the end of the Fitness Band Strap (C).
Step 2:
Attach Large Fitness band (F) to the Anchor Points (G).
Step 3:
Connect the Clip end of Fitness Band Strap (C) to the
Short Fitness band (D).
Step 4:
Connect the Short Fitness band (D) to the connector
loop, located at the center of the Row Bar (E).

1 - SWIM ACCESSORY BAG
Step 5:
Connect one side of each of the Medium Fitness bands
(B) to the connector loop, located at the center of the
Row Bar (E).
Step 6:
Connect the opposite side of each Medium Fitness
bands (B) to Anchor Point (A).
Step 7:
Adjust the length of the Fitness Band Strap (C) to provide
the ideal amount of reach and resistance.
Step 8:
Fitness Equipment should be removed from the spa
after each use and hosed off with regular tap water.
*Always inspect all parts prior to installation,
immediately replacing any worn or damaged parts.
