Operation Adjust the observation head Loosen the lock-screw, turn the observation head to a comfortable position for observation, and then lock the lock-screw. Place the specimen on the stage Lock the specimen slide on the mechanical stage using the slide clip. Ensure that the specimen is centred over the stage opening by adjusting the coaxial knobs of the stage. -

Do not disassemble objectives or eyepieces in an attempt to clean them. For the best results, use the VWR cleaning kit (see catalogue number below). If you need to send the microscope to manufacturer for maintenance, please use the packaging if possible. -

Utilisation Réglage de la tête d’observation Desserer la vis de fermeture, tourner la tête d’observation jusqu’à trouver une position adéquate pour l’obser- vation et resserer la vis. Positionnement de la préparation sur la platine Fixer la lame de la préparation de la platine à l’aide de la pincette prévue pour soutenir les échantillons. En réglant les commandes coaxiales de la platine, vérifier que l’échantillon se trouve au centre du champ visuel. -
