    Mechanical Installation The FM-704 is designed to fit into a standard 3-gang US junction box, flush mounted to the wall. Screws are provided to fix the unit in place. Dimensions of the unit are shown below. The use of a metal wall box is recommended to ensure that the installation meets necessary EMC standards.

    Network Connections Both connectors on the rear of the FM-704 (Primary and Secondary) are CobraNet™, PoE (Power Over Ethernet) enabled interfaces so that all connectivity (power, data, and audio) is provided by a single CAT 5 cable. The redundant Secondary port will become active upon detection of broken link in the Primary port.
