ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Item No: TA100259
1. Remove all parts and carefully place on a level
surface.
2. Screw the socket-threaded rod (C) through the base
panel (B), secure panel in place using the provided
nuts and lock washers.
3. Attach columns (D) on an upright position onto base
panel (B) by screwing the legs (A) through the base
panel (B).
4. Once columns (D) are on base panel (B), slide side
panels (E) between the columns.
5. Insert bulb into bulb socket.
6. Attach top panel (G) onto columns and secure in
place using the screws (F) provided.
7. Place the center glass panel on the top panel (G).
Uses (1) Maximum 60WATT Type "A" Bulb
(Bulb not included)
Cleaning of your lamp
Unplug lamp, wipe with damp cloth.
Do not use abrasives.
