Helpful Hints
If you experience a problem:

Check that all connections are secure and firm .
•
Make sure the car power adapter/auxiliary power socket is clean and free of
corrosion .
•
If you are using Xpress in your vehicle, check the 12 V adapter fuse by
unscrewing the ribbed end of the 12 V adapter . If required, replace it with a
1-amp fuse only . If the 12 V adapter does not have a removable end cap, then
it has an internal fuse that resets itself after it is left unplugged for a period
of time .
Troubleshooting Tips
If you see this on the screen:
No signal

Try this:
Make sure the XM antenna is mounted outside of
the vehicle .
Move your XM antenna away from the obstructed
area . For example, if you are parked in an
underground garage, you should receive a signal
after leaving the garage .
If you are using Xpress at home, move the
antenna to a south-facing window .
