Settings
• N otifications: Set the device to alert you to new messages.
• S ignature: Set the device to display your signature on the message.

S Planner
Change settings for using S Planner.
On the Settings screen, tap S Planner.
• F irst day of week: Select the first day of a week.
• S how week numbers: Set the device to display the number of weeks in a year.
• H ide declined events: Set the device to hide events if you have declined invitations to
them.
• H ide completed tasks: Set the device to hide completed tasks.
• 7 -day weather forecast: Set the device to display the weather forecast.
• L ock time zone: Set the device to leave the time zone setting unchanged when moving
across time zones.
• S elect time zone: Select the time zone.
• V iew today according to: Set the calendar to use your home time zone or a selected time
zone.
• S elect alert type: Select the notification settings for events.
• N otification sound: Select a ringtone for events or tasks.
• V ibration: Set the device to vibrate to alert you to events or tasks.
• Q uick responses: Create templates for sending messages to event participants.
