    Full Backup & Restore using Backup/Restore of ActiveSync You can back up files, database, PIM data and programs installed in RAM to your desktop PC using Microsoft ActiveSync, and restore them when needed. Backup can either be performed automatically when your device is connected to your desktop PC, or manually whenever needed.

Restore As newly installed programs or new files created on your device since your last backup will be lost after restore, you should move them to your desktop PC or to File Store (NAND Flash memory) before you restore data.
