Handling the glasses
The 3D glasses are durable but they are sensitive to physical pressure and must be handled with
care. To avoid getting fingerprints on the lenses, handle the glasses by the frames. When you are not
using the 3D glasses, store them in the protective pouch.

Why can't I see 3D content
If you are watching in 3D mode and cannot see 3D content, HP recommends that you take off the 3D
glasses, and read the
problem seeing stereoscopic 3D.

You may be trying to watch 3D content in 2D mode. For more information, see

The clear protective film on both sides of the glasses lenses (select models only) may need to
be removed.

The battery in the 3D glasses may need to be replaced. For more information, see

The IR emitters on the computer display may be obstructed. For optimal transmission, keep the

You may be sitting too far from the computer display. You should be within approximately 1.5
meters (5 feet) of the display when viewing 3D content.
