■Using the top menu.
1.
During playback, press the POPUP MENU button.
• Then the top menu is displayed on the TV screen if
present on the disc.
2.
Press the CURSOR buttons to select the desired
item, then press the OK button.
• Then the selected item is played back.
■Using the pop-up menu.
• This is a special feature available for some BD video.
When you press the POPUP button, a menu pops out
on the TV screen while the contents are still played
back.

• Then the pop-up menu is displayed if present on the disc.

Press the CURSOR buttons to select the desired
item, then press the OK button.
• Then the selected item is played back.
3.
Press the POPUP button to exit.
• The pop-up menu will automatically disappear for some
discs.

Switching the audio soundtrack
For discs on which multiple audio streams are recorded,
audio streams can be switched during playback. Also use this
procedure to switch the secondary audio for BD video on
which secondary audio is recorded.
• It is possible to change the audio language to a different
language from the selected one at the OSD Menu
Settings. (For details, refer to "SETTING THE
LANGUAGE" on page 43.)

During playback, press the AUDIO button.
• Then the audio stream information is displayed for
several seconds.
Example : BD Videos on which secondary audio is recorded.

Audio 01 / 04 ENG Dolby Digital
PIP Audio Off
Secondary audio : Only selectable for BD Videos on which
secondary audio is recorded.

Press the CURSOR RIGHT button.
• Then the audio stream menu is displayed.
• To switch the secondary audio, press the CURSOR
UP/DOWN buttons to select the PIP Audio, then press
the CURSOR RIGHT button.
3.
Press the CURSOR UP/DOWN buttons to select
the desired audio stream, then press the OK
button.
• Then the selected audio stream will be switched.
■Note:
• When the primary and the secondary audio streams are
all switched, they will be mixed and heard together. If
confused, set the PIP Audio to Off to switch off the
secondary audio stream.
