Programme 4 (P4)
Continuous suction, no suction pause
This programme lets you adapt the treatment to your needs . However, only select
P4 if you are already experienced with the appliance and know how your body
responds to the treatment . Turn the dial 1 to end the vacuum .

Typical applications

This section illustrates various applications for possible parts of the body .
Follow these examples for the best results .
Always start with a lower suction time (e .g . P1 instead of P2) and the lowest
suction intensity (dial 1 to "L"), especially if you are not very experienced with
the appliance .
The illustrations show the treatment for just one half of the body . Repeat the
treatment in exactly the same way for the other half of the body .
The arrows in the illustrations indicate the movement of direction you should
follow for the treatment .
It may be advisable to ask a second person for help with areas that are difficult
to reach, such as your back .

Face

Select programme P1 only, the facial area is usually very sensitive .

Abdomen/waist

Select programme P1 or P2 for the least firm regions .
Treat the remaining parts with P2 or P3 .
