Wrong PIN code
After entering 3 incorrect PINS, your Digipass can
not be used for 5 minutes (the so-called time penalty).
You must wait another 5 minutes for the 4th wrong
attempt. In the case of the 5th incorrect attempt, your
Digipass will be blocked. Please contact us at the
indicated number or feel free to visit our head office.
Digipass battery
The Digipass battery will last for at least 10 years.
When the end of the battery life is approaching, a
message appears on the Digipass screen. When
the Digipass is not in use, it switches off automatically
after one minute.
Change PIN code
You can change the personal code at any time via menu,
page 2, option 3.1.
