Recommended Maintenance

Monthly

1. Check for filter cleanliness.
2. Inspect fan rotation.
3. Have the drain open.
4. Check for condensate pan safety and switch operates
free.
5. Clean coils and clear obstructions.
6. Check chilled water/hot water circuits for air (bleed as
required).
7. Ensure humidifier cylinder and controls operate
properly.

Semi-Annually

1. Ensure tighten electrical connections.
2. Check contacts on contactors for pitting.
3. Heat/Reheat operational.
4. Clean unit as necessary and clean coils.
5. Clean condensate pump.
6. Inspect and clean CW screen.
