How do I tighten the microphone arm? The arm is loose so I can’t keep it at desired level, it wants to drop down to chin level.

To tighten the microphone arm on the Lightspeed Zulu headset:

1. Remove the ear muff on the side with the mic boom.
2. Peel off the foam lining carefully (it is hot glued, so remove it slowly and clean off old glue).
3. Locate and remove the four small screws to separate the housing.
4. Inside, find the nut that attaches the mic boom to the headset.
5. Use a small crescent wrench to carefully tighten the nut.
6. Reassemble by reversing the steps.

Be careful not to touch the amplifiers or circuit board with anything metal and avoid any water exposure.
