Re-connect the power supply cable.
Power is off. Please turn it on.
Re-connect the Audio/Video/RGB cable.
Check if the input/output connection is correct.
Adjust the resolution
Or you just forget to uncover the camera.
Maybe the object is too close to the camera.
Adjust the distance more than 330mm。
The object is shiny or with strong reflective
surface. Please adjust the outer shine.
Or the camera is dirty, please clean it.
It's because when zoom-in in a dark situation,
there will be confusion of the image. Please
turn on the upper light.
Maybe because of the short of light. Turn on
the upper light.
Or reset the brightness.
Do not switch the buttons too speedily. Take a
stop before press the next button.
Make sure nothing is stocked between the
remote control and the equipment.
Keep the remote control within 500m.
Check if it is out of battery
Check if the AV connection is correct
Check if microphone is workable
Or the volume is now in the minimum position.
