This gives you an • overview and simplifies the assembly procedure. • Check with the parts list that all parts are available. Dispose of the packaging material when the assembly is completed.

    WARNING! Build all bolts as per the direction below and ensure dome bolt head from outside.
  • Page 7 STEP 3: 1. Put each 2 sets together and add 2 of part A, use bolt (M8x20mm) to fasten it together. Repeat this action to connect other 4 places. STEP 4: 1. Start from 1 of edges, use the bolt (M8x28mm) to fasten 6 parts (2A +2B+2C) together as FIG-5.
  • Page 8 STEP 5: 1. Use the bolt (M8x25mm) to fasten 5 parts (2A +1E+2C) together as FIG-6. STEP 6: 1. Then repeat action of Step 4 & 5 to build rest of parts.
  • Page 9 STEP 7: 1. Use the bolt (M8x28mm) to fasten 6 parts (2B +1E+2D+1F) together as FIG-8. STEP 8: 1. Repeat action of Step 7 to build rest of parts as FIG-9.
  • Page 10 STEP 9: 1. Use the bolt (M8x25mm) to build top 5 parts together as FIG-10. STEP 10: 1. Double-check all of connection points and tighten all of bolts properly, then put on the protection nut caps on all nuts.

Place 4 anchor kits as FIG-12 showing. 4 MAINTENANCE WARNING: Please keep for future reference We recommend regular maintenance to be conducted at the beginning of each season as well as at regular intervals during the usage session for your play equipment to ensure all main parts/fixings are tightly secured, well-oiled and intact to avoid failure, injury or hazards.
