Step 2: Install memory modules

The motherboard has 2 dual in-line memory module (DIMM ) sockets. The BI OS will automatically
detect s memory t y pe and si z e. To inst a ll the memory modul e , just push it verti c ally into the DIMM Socket
.The DIMM module can only fit in one direction due to the two notch. Memory size can vary between
sockets.
1. The DIMM slot has two notch, so the
DIMM memory module can only fit in
one direction.
3. Close the plastic clip at both edges of the DIMM sockets to lock the DIMM module.
Reverse the installation steps when you wish to remove the DIMM module.
M Please note that the DIMM module can only fit in one direction due to the one
notches. Wrong orientation will cause improper installation. Please change
the insert orientation.
M When DIMM LED is ON, you do not install / remove SDRAM from socket.

2. Insert the DIMM memory module
vertically into the DIMM socket. Then
push it down.
