    7. Frequently Asked Questions Q. Why can’t the Digital Photo Frame play all images or video files? A. The Digital Photo Frame can support JPEG images, MP3 audio files and MPEG1/2/4 video files. Files that are not in these formats will not be played back, but can be converted using suitable software.
