- Page 3 Safe operating practices This product is solely to be used for the assistance of loading and unloading a wheelchair with single occupant. Ensure the winch belt is free from any obstacles and that there is a clear path for the wheelchair to be pulled along. Ensure the occupant is seated securely and correctly in the wheelchair.
- Page 4 Winch features The winch has a gentle start and stop operation which controls the speed to avoid any jolting. It is designed to automatically stop and temporarily become inoperable if the safe working load is exceeded, thus preventing serious damage or injury. It will automatically reset itself. Furnished with a pin (see photos below) to allow the winch to swivel in line with the pull of the wheelchair.
