12.2 Phone settings
Data and Time ：Set the time, date and local city and its format.

Power-on password： Open this function, when boot you need to input password, the default password is
1234
PIN：PIN is personal identification number, made up of 4 to 8 digits,to avoid t he SIM card used illegal.
