2.1 Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
Achtung!
•
Das Gerät/System darf nur für die in dieser Betriebsan-
leitung vorgesehenen Einsatzfälle und nur in Verbindung
mit vom Hersteller empfohlenen bzw. zugelassenen Ge-
räten und Komponenten verwendet werden.
•
Die maximale Eintrittskonzentration der Druckluft muß den
nachfolgend aufgeführten Klassen der DIN ISO 8573-1
entsprechen
Feuchtigkeit: Klasse 7
Feststoffe: 1) Klasse 7
Ölgehalt: Klasse 1 (durch Serie FE erreicht)
•
Der einwandfreie und sichere Betrieb des Produktes er-
fordert sachgerechten Transport, Lagerung, Aufstellung
und Montage, sowie sorgfältige Bedienung und Instand-
haltung.
•
Das Gerät ist nicht für einen Betrieb in erdbebengefähr-
deten Regionen geeignet!
•
Der Trockner darf nicht in korrosiver Atmosphäre
betrieben werden!

Der Errichter der kompletten Druckluftstation muß
das Gerät mit einem geeigneten Sicherheitsventil
(Ps=10bar) gegen Überdruck absichern (siehe R&I-
Schema)
Achtung!
Die Bestandteile der Druckluft dürfen nicht aggres-
siv oder säurebildend sein (z.B. säurehaltige Dämp-
fe, Ammoniak)!
2.2 Sicherheitsregeln
Warnung!
•
Das Gerät darf nur von geschultem Personal genutzt,
bedient, gewartet und instandgesetzt werden, das hiermit
vertraut und über die damit verbundenen Gefahren un-
terrichtet ist.
Geschultes Personal im Sinne der sicherheitsbezogenen
Hinweise in dieser Dokumentation oder auf dem Produkt
selbst, ist Personal, das:

als Bedienungspersonal im Umgang mit Einrichtungen der
Drucklufttechnik unterwiesen ist und den auf die
Bedienung bezogenen Inhalt dieser Dokumentation kennt;
∗
oder als Inbetriebsetzungs- und Wartungspersonal mit
den Sicherheitskonzepten der Druckluft- und Elektrotech-
nik vertraut ist.
Es besitzt als solches eine zur Inbetriebnahme und
Wartung derartiger Einrichtungen befähigende Ausbildung
bzw. Berechtigung.
2. Safety rules,
2.1 Use of dryer
Attention !
•
The dryer/system must only be used for the purpose as
designated in the operating instructions and only in
combination
recommended or approved by the manufacturer.
•
The max. inlet concentration should be according to DIN
ISO 8573-1

To obtain maximum efficiency and operation of the dryer
ensure all sections of the manual are read carefully.
•
This product is not designed for earthquake endangered
areas!
•
The dryer must not operate in corrosive atmospheres!

The manufacturer of the complete compressed air
system has to provide the air dryer with an
appropriate safety valve (Ps=10bar) in order to
protect it against overpressure (see P&I-Diagram)
Remark!
No aggressive components are allowed (f.ex. acid,
amonia)
2.2 Safety rules
Warning!
•
The dryer must only be used, operated, inspected and
repaired by trained personnel who are familiar with the
unit and possible dangers in unauthorised operation or
service.
Trained personnel are defined as follows:
∗
Operating staff who are skilled in the field of compressed
air engineering and who can interpret and action the
contents of this operation instruction manual.
∗
Maintenance staff who are familiar and aware of the
possible dangers in the fields of compressed air, and
electrical engineering, and who have had the appro-priate
training and qualified as being competent in these fields.
