Removing The Dimm; Removing The Heatsink And Cpu - Acer Aspire SA80 Service Manual

1. Remove the two screws on both sides.
2. Disconnect the cables from the daughter board.
3. Detach the daughter board from the bracket.

Removing the DIMM

1. Pop up the clips on both sides. (Be aware of the arrow positions)
2. Take the memory away from the slot.

Removing the Heatsink and CPU

1. Disconnect the PSW fan cable from the mainboard.
2. Fully loosen the four screws on the four corners.
3. Disconnect the CPU fan cable from the position.
4. Lift the Heatsink from the socket.
5. Unhook the processor lever and lift the load plate.
6. Remove the processor.
