- Page 9 Fitting Kit K536W Using 5mm hex key, screw M8 grubscrew into fixed-point, leaving 12mm (1/2") visible. Install adaptor onto vehicle. Tighten with provided 10mm (3/8") spanner. Place M8 washer over grubscrew. Sort M6 grubscrews into lengths.
- Page 10 Fitting Kit K536W It is important to put the grubscrews in the correct position on the vehicle. A = M6 x 40mm (1 5/8") B = M6 x 60mm (2 3/8") C = M6 x 70mm (2 3/4") Screw M6 grubscrew into adaptor. Tighten using 3mm (1/8") hex key.
- Page 11 Fitting Kit K536W Place M6 washer over grubscrew. Tighten the plastic knob. The side with the nut showing should be facing up. Ensure the plastic knob is in the position shown when fully tightened. Repeat for all six positions.

Fitting Kit K536W Maintenance Clean the car roof and surfaces of the product that will be in contact with the car roof. Follow the fitting instructions for fitting the product to your vehicle. Make sure all steps are carried out in order. - Page 14 Fitting Kit K536W Check and replace worn out or defective parts. Keep the product clean and maintained. Never drive into a car wash with the roof rack system fitted. Lubricate locks and adjusting screws at regular intervals. Remove the products from the vehicle when not in use.
