Fitting Kit K807 Important Only suitable for models with Trap Door option on roof strip First Time Installation Remove parts from inside the package and check. - Page 6 Fitting Kit K807 Adjust crossbar in or out to suit vehicle. Refer to the crossbar instructions for crossbar adjustment. Attaches to factory-fitted mounting points Please check the front of this manual for information relating specifically to your vehicle. Tighten adjusting screw to 5 Nm (3.7 ft lb) hand tight.
- Page 7 Fitting Kit K807 Select plastic internal block (from fitting kit) and insert into foot. Repeat for all legs. Refer to the underside of the pad for the part number. It is important to put the pads in the correct position on the vehicle.
- Page 8 Fitting Kit K807 Fit rubber pads (supplied with fitting kit) to foot. Pad may vary in shape to that shown. Make sure the pad fits into the holes underneath the foot. Fitment Open or remove fixed-point covers. Place mounting block into position as shown.
- Page 9 Fitting Kit K807 Slide mounting block to front, so the thread is above mounting point. Insert grubscrew and tighten (make sure that the grubscrew is above the mounting point) . Place pad over grubscrew.
- Page 10 Fitting Kit K807 Mount crossbars over clamps. Ensure the pads are in the correct position and the clamp threads pass through the crossbar feet. Place washer over clamp thread as shown. Ensure that tab is inserted into clamp block. Ensure the plastic knob is in the position shown when fully tightened.
- Page 11 Fitting Kit K807 Check crossbar is securely attached to the vehicle. Use keys to fit and lock covers CAUTION: Recheck all fasteners immediately after a load is applied to the crossbars. Regularly check screws are tight.

Fitting Kit K807 Maintenance Clean the car roof and surfaces of the product that will be in contact with the car roof. Follow the fitting instructions for fitting the product to your vehicle. Make sure all steps are carried out in order. - Page 13 Fitting Kit K807 Check and replace worn out or defective parts. Keep the product clean and maintained. Never drive into a car wash with the roof rack system fitted. Lubricate locks and adjusting screws at regular intervals. Remove the products from the vehicle when not in use.
