One of the most common reasons customers are unable to watch their favourite show, is that their TV is set to the wrong “Input” which prevents the Eastlink signal from coming through. Press the button labeled Input on your TV’s remote. Depending on the brand of your TV, this button may alternatively be labeled Source, A/V or Video.
