I can not get both eat buds to connect at the same time
To connect both earbuds of the Sharper Image SOUNDHAVEN SPORT at the same time, follow these steps:
1. Remove both earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically enter pairing mode.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your compatible device.
3. Select “SOUNDHAVEN SPORT” from the Bluetooth menu.
4. A connected notification will play when the earbuds are successfully paired.
If you need to manually enter pairing mode, tap either earbud’s touch panel three times. If connection issues occur, reset the earbuds by placing them in the charging case and pressing the case button for five seconds.
