Faults
Water is leaking out.
No water supply.
Detergent not dispensed.

Cause/remedy
The washing machine door is unlocked. It is possible to add laundry.
Temperature too high. Wait until the temperature drops.

Water level too high. Not possible to add laundry. Close the washing machine
■
door immediately, if necessary. Press Start ! to continue the programme.
Laundry may be jammed. Open and close the washing machine door again and
■
press Start !.
If necessary, press the washing machine door or remove some laundry and
■
then press again.
If necessary, switch the appliance off and on again; set the programme and
■
make your individual settings; start the programme.
Turn on the tap to the full,
■
Supply hose kinked/trapped,
■
Water pressure too low. Clean the filter.
■
Detergent solution pump blocked. Clean the detergent solution pump.
■
Drainage hose/waste pipe blocked. Clean the drainage hose at the siphon.
■
Water in the base tub, appliance leaking. Turn off the tap. Call the after-sales ser-
vice.
Childproof lock activated; deactivate.
Too much foam detected, a rinse cycle has been switched on.
Mains voltage is too low.
Undervoltage in the wash programme.
The programme is extended.
Switch off the appliance, wait for five seconds and then switch it on again. If the indi-
cator appears again, call the after-sales service.
Cause/remedial action
Attach/replace the drainage hose correctly.

Tighten the screw connection of the supply hose.
