Touch input is not Adjust the light intensity to be as dark as possible in the area
working properly. where you are using the product.
In Windows mode, use the Environmental Lighting Optimizer
(ELO) tool to see if lighting is affecting product performance.
If necessary, adjust lighting conditions.
Power the product off and on again.
