Wi-Fi is switched off.
Wi-Fi is switched on but a connec-
tion to the home network cannot be
established.

Door not closed properly or

Cold water tap not turned on.
Supply hose for cold water kinked
or pinched closed.
Strainer in water supply hose

Solution(s)
Check that no laundry is caught between the door glass
and gasket and close door securely. Wait until door is
locked or unlocked.
Turn on the cold water tap.
Eliminate the cause, replace the hose if damaged.
Clean the water inlet strainer.

Eliminate the cause.
Use less detergent for future loads. Only use HE deter-
gents.
Run a Drum Clean or other program with Extra Hot
temperature option selected and without laundry.
Confirm hot water hose is correctly connected and turn
on the hot water tap.

Clean strainers in supply hoses.
Clean the washer drain hose and/or the drain pipe.
