If the computer you are using incorporates another Ethernet interface
besides the Wireless LAN PC Card, disable the other interface as follows.

Click "Start", and click "Settings" – "Network and Dial-up
Connections".
The "Network and Dial-up Connections" window appears.
Select the network adapter to disable.
On the "File" menu, click "Disable".
Click
to close the "Network and Dial-up Connections"
window.
Click "Start", and click "Control Panel".
Control Panel appears.
Double-click the "System" icon.
The "System Properties" dialog box appears.

If the "System" icon is not displayed, click "Switch to Classic View".
Click the "Hardware" tab, then click "Device Manager".
The "Device Manager" window appears.
On the "View" menu, click "View devices by type".
Double-click "Network adapters".
