TV Menu Operation
Aspect Ratio - Within the UK the picture format varies depending on the channel/broadcast. There are a
number of different options to best meet your needs;
• Auto
• 16:9
• 4:3
• Zoom 1
• Zoom 2
Auto
Automatically displays the best picture format so
the picture is in the correct position. Black lines may
appear at the top/bottom and/or sides.

picture in more detail.

Backlight
Red
Green

CMS Hue

Displays a picture in
the full screen mode
without overscan.
16:9 signal will be
displayed in original
proportion. Other
picture format will
be stretched to fi ll
the screen
Displays the 4:3
picture in its
original size.
Side bars are
shown to fi ll the
16:9 screen
Off, Low, Medium, High.
Changes the range of the colour reproduction. Low, Medium and
High.
Allows for the contrast level to be adjusted automatically
depending on picture content. 'ON' or 'OFF'.
Switches optimization of the backlight and contrast of the picture.
Adjust the amount of red in the picture.
Adjust the amount of green in the picture.
Adjust the amount of blue in the picture.
This is a standard to adjust the colour either more reddish or more
bluish in tone. R/G/B/C/M
A higher value makes the image brighter. A lower value makes the
image darker. R/G/B/C/M
Increases or decreases the saturation of a selected colour.

Will display the picture in its original resolution without
any change, only available in HDMI input source
