SIM card has error
Ensure that the SIM card is correctly inserted.
No network connection / Dropped network
• Move toward a window or into an open area. Check network
provider coverage map.
• Check whether the SIM card is too old. If so, change your SIM
card at your network provider's nearest branch. Contact your
service provider.
Codes do not match
If you forget the code, contact your service provider.
Calls are not available
• Ensure that there is no dialling error.

Phone cannot be switched on
• Ensure to press
• Charge battery. Check the charging indicator on the screen.
