1 chicken cut in 6 to 8 pieces
300g rice
1 minced onion
2 chopped tomatoes
1 table spoon tomato paste
15g butter
1 tea spoon ground spice
from each of :
(black pepper, cumin, Cardamon)
1 1/2 table spoon salt or as desired
400ml boiling water (Serves 4-5)
300g ready made pastry
(bake until golden and crispy,
and then break crisp pastry into
medium size pieces)
120g sugar
750ml whipping cream
250g milk
3 tablespoon corn starch
60g soaked raisins
60g chopped walnuts
60g chopped, roasted almonds
60g chopped, unsalted roasted
pistachios (Serves 4-5)

Microwave-
1. Wash chicken and rub with salt and flour, wash again.
And then cut in 6 to 8 pieces.

2. Put chicken pieces, butter, onion, tomatoes, tomato
paste, salt, spices and boiling water into a deep and
large bowl (about 3 ).
3. Cover with lid. Place the bowl in the oven and cook.
4. When beeps, the oven will stop. Remove the bowl from
the oven and stir. Put the washed rice on the chicken.
And press start to continue cooking.
5. During the cooking, stir if required.
6. Serve in prepared plate.

1. Put sugar, cream, milk and starch in a deep and large

the mixture. And mix well.
5. Pour half the pastry mix in a suitable bowl, sprinkle half
the raisins, walnuts, and almonds on it. Pour the other
half of pastry mix, cover with cream level top and
sprinkle pistachios, almonds, and raisins on top and
serve hot.
